Who is Fehmina?
I have lived all my life in Rotterdam, a city known for its diversity and down to earth character. In my ten years of work experience so far, I have worked at AkzoNobel, Cargill (as a Capgemini consultant), Jack Link’s (BIFI-manufacturer), Royal FloraHolland and last but not least LaNubia Consulting.
What is the most exiting of working at LaNubia according to you?
I joined Lanubia Consulting almost two years ago, just after finishing my Executive MBA at the RSM. What makes LaNubia different from other consulting companies is the fact that our people have the best knowhow when it comes to Business and IT, a combination which is quite rare to find and therefore very unique and useful in turbulent times. At LaNubia, I got the opportunity to work on Curacao, an island in the Caribbean. It was a beautiful experience that I will remember forever. At all times, I felt being on a holiday while working hard at the same time too. After returning to the Netherlands, I worked for 10 months at the Ministry of Defence.
What is your added value to a client?
My added value to clients has always been ‘getting things done’, particularly in environments that require change towards digitization. Whether it is increasing transparency through better reporting, or leading projects to improve IT systems & processes or introducing a change at the IT work floor, I have done it all with immense passion.
Your favorite holiday destination?
When it comes to holiday destinations, my favorite spot till today is Dubai. I just love the international character of the place. Whether it is the sleekness & modernity of the environments, or the traditional souks or the desert rides (just like a roller coaster!!) ending with a barbeque at night (by then, the desert is cooled down lower then 10 degrees), I simply adore the contrasts of the UAE.
How do you drink your coffee?
I like my coffee with a little bit of milk. How do you like yours?
