A seasoned Professional in Talent Management, Gene has experience working with corporate, NGO, and government clients and specializes in inspiring, cultivating and facilitating change in organizations and individuals. His work has included supporting the impact on people in; organizational changes, the implementation of new technology solutions, and the development & execution of business strategy.
In addition to this talent management background, Gene has experience in general management (including financial management, operations management, and project management) and is a sought-after speaker on the topic of Diversity & Inclusion.
